Ogie Oglethorpe 14 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 I saw that on 1800faceoff in the hockey section. You sure it's lacrosse?
asdfa 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 yea, they should be. there's no way those would protect the actual shoulder in ice hockey
hockechamp14 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 yea, they should be. there's no way those would protect the actual shoulder in ice hockey neither would a lot of the "classic" style shoulder pads made for hockey.
Chadd 916 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 I saw that on 1800faceoff in the hockey section. You sure it's lacrosse? The "LAX" in the upper right of the picture is a pretty good indicator.
Ogie Oglethorpe 14 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 yea, they should be. there's no way those would protect the actual shoulder in ice hockey I have a pair of Itech's that are similar in (skimp) design. I think that's for hockey.EDIT: Chad reply beat me out by a few ticks. Hadn't seen that. Makes sense now. However, my Itech SP50's are no better in protection:
asdfa 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 yea, they should be. there's no way those would protect the actual shoulder in ice hockey neither would a lot of the "classic" style shoulder pads made for hockey. they at least have a "cap" section of rounded hard plastic that covers the shoulder. these don't look like they have a proper shoulder section

tiki21 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2006 i saw 1800faceoff with a new lacrosse section, just around the time they added the warrior 1 pieces, would that have anything to do with 1800faceoff getting into lacrosse?
Krog7d7 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2006 I'd pick up a set of the Shock Doctor Shoulder Pads for ice hockey.....I hate all the bulky shoulder pads for a no check league. These look perfect for the minimalist (required shoulder pads) for rec leagues!
