Thinking about it off the top of my head I can only come up with 10 pairs, a few which i'm not sure about: Sedin, Kaberle, Hossa, Fedorov, Biron, Niedermayer, Kronwall, Moore (I know there are three, and one obviously injured...did the other 2 play?), Jokinen (not sure if they are brothers or cousins), and Staal (Marc played a few games at the start of the year, i'm pretty sure). I dunno who the hell the other 14 could be...

HA! Me too dude! I was like wow 24?? that's a lot, but then I was like OOOOHHHH like FAMILY brothers. Why are there so many brothers who play hockey? I really think if hockey was way more global sport, this number would go down.

Future:

The Kostitsyns are both coming up through in the Montreal Organization (Andrei in Hamilton, Sergei playing Jr. in London)

it is active brothers: "Vancouver's Sedin twins, Henrik and Daniel, won the scoring race among the 24 brother combinations that played in the NHL this season."

yup you are right, i checked hockeyDB and Sascha Goc hasn't been in the NHL since 2001-2002 with the Lightning.

1. Sedin

2. Kaberle

3. Fedorov

4. Hossa

5. Biron

6. Niedermayer

7. Kronwall

8. Michalek

9. Primeau

10. Koivu

11. Ruutu

12. Schaefer

13. Regehr

14. Gratton

Thats 14 for sure, with up and coming/injured as: Moore, Staal, Lundqvist, Jokinen, Kostitsyn. I have absolutely no clue at all who the other 10 active pairs could be, just with those 14 they are getting a bit obscure...
