Growing up in Ireland everyone plays football, he looks like Ginola in that pic.

Also, in the ESPN show, the season, it showed all the russians playing football at the Joe, in the back halls, football is huge outside the states, everyone plays it in europe and beyond

I play soccer, and this year I was playing intramurial indoor and everyone was like "you look so weird without skates! You're good, but you don't look good."

I think the Russian would be a lot more graceful. They tend to be at soccer.

Actually the Red Wings have been using soccer as a training/warm up aid for years..not just the Russians either....however no doubt they probably started it. I am sure they are not alone either.

In Sweden they play soccer during warm-up in alot of clubs, you use quite a few different muscles and especially movement patterns when your playing soccer compared to hockey.

As a avid soccer player I must say Fedorov looked very good in that clip, seemed like he had a quick first-step.

Lol i shouldn't laugh i was a London fan so even if we had Federov we would still need a rink to play out of!

A friend of mine (Deathmoves on here) went to Fulham Football Stadium to see this football thing, and when he saw Federov he literally threw his jersey at him to sign, he said Federov took the jersey off his head, realised someone from the U.K recognised him for being an Ice Hockey player, and signed it.
