People really liked the two Saw movies? I thought they were terrible. I really didn't want to see the 2nd one after how bad the first one was, but I was "persuaded" to see it.

I think you guys are overatting the storylines on #1 and #2. The gore can't be beat but just because there's a twist at the end doesn't make it a well thought out movie. That being said, I'm definatley seeing Saw 3.

Well other than the great twists in both the movies so far, here is what I love about the Saw series. This must make all of the doubters want to see the movie.

I'll get suckered into going to see this, but with absolutely no expectations at all from it. There just isn't such a thing as a good horror/'scary' movie now and it makes me shudder to think that "The Descent" is one of the better ones in recent memory.

I didn't see those yet, but from what I hear the "good" comes from just being gory and I'd hope for something a little more than that. I did like the TCM remake but if we're going to have to keep having old Hollywood or Japanese thrillers remade then I'd rather they just pack it up and quit.

i agree the hill have eyes was a really good movie. i usually get bored during that type of movie but i didnt for that one. as for saw III i might go see it but ill have to watch the first 2 before i do.

Just saw it tonight. All I gotta say is that it maxed out the gore level in the first two movies times 20. Pretty intense.

Definitely more gore and I like how they tied everything up. I'd have to say the best part was the Hostel II teaser.
