Warrior Dolomite Ad

I just picked up the new newspaper that comes through my arena, and I looked at the back for ads. It was a Warrior Dolomite at first sight, but then I decided to read the entire page. The Dolomite looks baby blue instead of the green that it used to be (everywhere), and the grip is called the "Nipple Grip"

Just wanted to know if people have heard anything about this, or seen this ad yet.

Pretty sure this hasn't been discussed yet.

That's what I was thinking.

Thinking it'd be like the texture on the One90?

Otherwise, I have no idea what the "Nipple" part would be. :ph34r:

Wow, talk about hanging a curve ball. No idea on the grip, but I'm sure parents of pee-wees and squirts aren't going to be too excited about it.

What publication was it?

It was in a Hockey Now. This one was just a B.C. one, and i'm pretty sure they make'm for all the provinces, not sure about the states.

I don't think that I'll ever be using a stick that has "Nipple Grip" on it. There are already 2 sticks out with dimples, so hopefully Warrior brings something new to the table.

When I said "something new" I meant in terms of grip texture. But, apparently, when Warrior can't find new ideas from Inno, they can go find ideas from other manufacturers (TPS or NBH if the "nipple grip" turns out to be dimpled).

BTW, in '07 their new stick will probably be a repainted Novius :blink:

I was being sarcastic since Warrior isn't able to come up with anything new; they just slap a different paintjob on an inno and they call it a "new" stick. Sadly, I don't think that they will be bringing back the Novius at all, but who knows, it could happen.
