First skate in SyNergy skates...

Because it's a SMU...

"It's the latest incarnation in Easton's drive for the lightest, most comfortable, best performing skates...and because it's a THG exclusive, you pay a fraction of what you would normally pay for such an elite-level skate."

Do you need to see the picture of my dog again? LOL...

Could someone post a few pics of the Synergy skates? I'm searching and searching and I've come up with nothing

since the majority of these skates are composite, will this make them more durable, have them last longer, and remain relatively stiff for a good amount of time? i know this may be a little hasty to be asking, but i'm just wondering hypothetically

Making a skate stiff yet pliable is very difficult. As is making the composite material so it is not brittle.

Sounds like these are going to be some breakthrough skates. Hopefully they wont cost an arm and a leg. I'm planning on giving them a whirl.

I personally felt wowed by them in my first two skate sessions. I'm one of those people that is always excited to get a new piece of equipment thinking it's going to feel awesome but usually get off the ice thinking, "well that was ok I guess, not as good as I thought it was going to be." However, with these, I was very very impressed and excited.

Not the prettiest kicks around but I'd put them over any Techno Wave, Great White or the G series.

o man those looks sweet, they do kinda look like my externos. Hopefully my dad will pick me up those for high skool. After all he did by my brother custom tacks when he got to high skool, so you never know? Those look sweet, and hopefully if they sell good Easton will think about an SBX version :D

And why is that?

Anti-social behavior like Dexy's isn't appreciated once you get out of school.

I dont see y everyone bitches about the Razor bladz. I had a pair of ultra lite thats lasted 3 years, and i tightened the blades every once in a while. then i had Sbx's this year and they were fine and i had to tighten them every once in a while, not much though. Now I'm in Externo 60's and i see no difference in the E-blades and the Razor's. For all you ppl who bitch about them, if its cuz u have to tighten the blades, DONT BE SO LAZY! it isnt that hard, and if u cant do it I'm sure ur LHS had the wrench to tighten it. If not, then guys i think its all in your head.

Actually, if they used a stiffer plastic and a harder steel it would solve most of the problems I've seen with the holders. The problems I've seen are related to bending steel and broken holders, not loose bolts.
