Trilage sticks?

Recommended Posts

I have a guy on my team that just got one. I thought the feel of the stick was pretty cool with the curve on the back end of the shaft but I dont see many NHLer's using them. Any feedback would be apreciated. If this has been discussed before; Sorry in advance.

Didnt want to make a new topic. Are these true one pieces or not?

I don't think they are true one pieces. I saw a Toronto Maple Leaf game used broken Trilage and I could see what I believe was a tenon when I looked inside the stick. It was broken right above the tenon. There was no foam or triple wall though.

I believe the TZ4 is a two piece compression and the new Toxic is a true one piece.

I could be mistaken... I'm not willing to chop them apart to find out. :D

pix: TZ4 , Toxic (top stick; obviously)

Brad May also uses Trilage.

I guess, i was assuming someone who knew it was a hand specific shaft would know to include it in the auction.

for that low starting bid price, I would take the risk.

The worst case scenario is that you would be playing with the shafts "graphics upside down". I did that once with a LH hand specific shaft, I flipped the shaft 180 degrees and suddenly I was playing with it RH.
