I don't think I have ever seen a manufacturer use another company's logo on their own product.

I think there were some allegations over putting different company names/logo over goalie pads. Also with hockey sticks/shafts.

There are a limited number of places that produce pro level gloves in north america. Most of the cases are just one company doing the production for another under contract.

I remember seeing this happen on Draper's Eagle gloves a couple years back. Instead of the EAGLE on the cuff it had WARRIOR on it instead.

Some of you might recall that halfway through the season that Jagr's Koho gloves were sporting the RBK cuff instead. You could easily tell that the cuff was overlayed the original Koho cuff.

I was at a pre-game skate when Joe Thornton was still with Boston, they were playing the Penguins in Wilkes Barre. He was wearing Easton 800 or 900 gloves with a CCM logo on. I even questioned the equipt mgr with the pens, who i'm friends with and he verified it. we had a good laugh that I was probably the only one there that would have noticed such a thing.

...and he's still not wearing CCM gloves in San Jose. They are made by another manufacturer (not Easton)

Side note but does anyone know where to get the gloves Bertuzzi is wearing with the color configuration on the fingers. I really like the checkerboard pattern they have on them.

I didn't know Chara was sponsored by Mission. Isn't he sponsored by Nike Bauer? Look at this picture. Nike Bauer helmet, pants, gloves, probably skates.

Wait, here he has Easton pants, and I'm not sure what kind of gloves.
