Monsters Of the Leauge

Recommended Posts

Title says it all. Just a link courtesy tsn.ca showing Pierre McGuiere's monster performers of the 2006-2007 season.

Tsn.ca

Lots of players left out IMO , just posting this for a read. Enlighten us into your opinions on his choices.

Link isn't working for me, but I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Crosby, St. Louis and Phaneuf are at the top of the list.

I don't know how that guy walks around with the raging hard-on he's got for those guys.

How the fuck does a guy like Chris Neil get on a list like that? I think McGuire might be showing a bit of favoritism to a fellow card-carrying member of the "Rainbow Alliance."

Only three Euros, string him up with Cherry.

I know who Blair is seeing as I live in NY, I was just curious as to what makes him deserve the spot as Pierre's fourth line center. Also, why does this idiot's opinion even matter. And I quote from the 08 Draft...."In addition to Hickey, the kings now have Johnson, Visnovsky, and Hickey, making for a stellar puck movinKg defensive core." Total meathead.

PMs list has Man-Crush written all over it, but in all honesty, I have to agree with a lot of them. A lot are "character" kinda guys, but I can't really disagree.

I watched this on tv and he said that it was his monster 4th liners, 3rd liners ect.. But i really think he is a little obsessed with Phanuef thats all he talks about when i see him on tv

Doesn't matter. The only thing Chris Neil is a "monster" of is homosexuality.

So his kid that was born during the playoffs is just part of his elaborate ruse so he can stay in the closet? Sneaky bastard!

He's a bitch; there's no way around that.

(I should clear this up now: Despite my geographical location, I'm not a Sabres fan, and am not basing this opinion solely upon Neil's hit on Drury - which I thought was legal, albeit extremely shady...but that was discussed exhaustively in this forum, so this isn't the place to be beating that dead horse. This is a conclusion I reached over a long period of rather subjective observation.)

Rock solid defenseman on Vancouver who just cashed in for playing well for one season.

You make it sound like thats a bad thing. He's played great over the past two years, didn't get credit until this year. He's going to be a top 2 Dman on Vancouver next year.
