Custom Blades

I was thinking about sending in a order for blades from my Hull

ops that i broke to Legend.Ive never done custom through a company and I

dont want my first experance to be a bad one. For anyone who has

had work done by them, is their work good and are the blades durable?

Yes, i understand sticks break but i wanted to know if they where useable.

Is there any other company that does good blades in a composite like material

and is easy to deal with?

See my post below. To sum it up:

Waited 2 month even though I was told repeatedly 2 weeks.

Received the blades and they were the wrong curve and one was totally different from the other two.

The blades look like they are good quality, too bad I won't know since I can't use them.

According to posters here they used to be a good company but it seems some personnel changes have really screwed up their customer service.

If i send the blade for them to copy, will i get the origonal back?

Not sure, I got retail curves made. I believe they will make a copy of what you send to keep on file so they should send your original back.

no u probably wont get the original back unless you request it......i didnt really have a problem with them till they got lost in the mail which wasnt really their fault, but i have yet to see my blades either so i cant comment on qualtiy

With the recent problems they seem to be having you may want to try black beauty blades or else try and get some custom Axion sherwood blades if your looking for composite.

If you can manage to get them done, I'd go with Bauer/Nikes. Mine are tanks even if they get the curves a bit off sometimes.

I'm almost positive you can get custom Vectors now. If so, I would go with a custom OPS if I were you.

do not get black beauty. That would be a mistake. They are flimsy peices of balsa wood. They owner of the company coaches the team that plays in my rink. Im telling you, stay away

I'm not sure on the cost for Axion blades but the minimum number is six.

Honestly, I am not sure. Ballpark - add $4 to a regular blade.

I know what it runs me. But you guys won't get the same price.
