So he's still fudging around with his skates? Awesome news for Floppa fans.

Modano wears a 60 and is probably 25 lbs. less.

Suddenly I don't feel so bad about wearing goal-cut 62s when I've got them by 50-75lbs.

No no, he's 100% now and ready to make his courageous comeback.

Are you wearing an edge jersey too?

I thought he'd at least have his skates somewhat figured out. Not be swapping big chunks of padding while on the ice.

No, but 60" is still 60".... right? I assumed they sized up to get bigger arm cuts, but Modano still looks pretty form-fit.

It's about the small battles, don't make me feel like a fatass  . Besides, the goal cuts are pretty roomy, albeit short on my 6' frame. Show me where to buy size 60 player cut practice jerseys for ~$15 and I'd get a few.

Holy shit, Forsberg's in a size 58 jersey? I though he was smaller than that. What's in his hand in the last pic?

I think Modano goes that big to get is trademark flapping in the back when he tries to go coast to coast, my bro does the same shit.

Edge's at 60 are more like a 52 or so. I wear a 56 because I like it nice and loose when I play.

I like Granato´s gloves. Looks like they customised the cuffs with some rubber band.

Foppa´s gloves look strange. colorwise. Probably painted over?

Edit: Yes. Modified old Z-Air´s. Like the 1998 model I´d say just double padding//inserts, completely different thumb and added wrist protection.

That´s what I meant. I remember our tpro team had them for 2 years. Back of the hand on those 2 models were somewhat similar. Well those foppa ones are still customised aren´t they?

Foppa won't have those gloves for long.

Why not?

Just a guess, but the Fury rep mentioned that Foppa would be rocking Fury gear if he came back. He owns the Crocs distribution for all of Sweden. Crocs bought Fury giving Forsberg financial interest in Fury. I was actually expecting to see him in Fury gear.

Interesting about Forsberg's gloves, while practicing here in Sweden he has been wearing both those seen in the pics and also black/red Fury gloves (and a matching Fury stick).

As for the skates, they are modified with carbon fibre inserts here and there, custom made by a foot specialist who put those in where needed to fit and support the foot better, that was another thing he did while in Sweden, there was some news article about it some week or so ago.

I figured he'd be in Fury. Their stuff is alright. Great concept behind the Cros-lite material. I think it needs a little tinkering in some areas, but it's a great idea.

Do the Primeaus and Justin Williams still own any of Fury?
