I was looking at the points on the cellphone and saw it was like 3-0 after the first, I immediatly thought that they will need to make changes before the playoffs. I am kinda happy that I didn't get the chance to watch it cause I probably would have cracked open a couple of tv's. Koivu needs to settle down the dressing room, he needs to calm down everyone and not panic, still plenty of hockey left.

Kostitsyn throwing haymakers. Good think Bouillon saved him.

I didn't know what Kostitsyn was doing there he can't fight at all, good thing Boullion grabbed a hold of Redden before he almost broke Kostitsyn nose or something.

If you were to ask people who they thought the three best captains of this generation were, most would say Yzerman, Sakic, and Messier. Two of those three don't fit your criteria. Look at Yzerman's jersey retirement ceremony. Not only is he revered as "the captain", they made a point of putting a C on his banner. Every speaker who got up spoke about his leadership qualities far more than his skill. Of course what would they know? They only played with the guy.

None of us really see the qualities that make a true leader at the NHL level. Those qualities are shown off the ice; away from the rink, in the locker room and on the bench, in addition to the things they do on the ice. Some stars aren't captain material and some captains aren't star material.

Stealing a purse? You have got to be kidding me. Notable trash talkers like Tucker, Avery, Ruutu are going to drive this poor shit into an institution.

I'm hoping he and his GF were leaving and he picked up the wrong purse as they left (why he's carrtying the purse is beyond me)...woman freaked....started screaming theif...but, I doubt it's that simple.

I think this thing with Kostopoulos and O'Byrne. No way would O'Byrne try to steal a purse when he is making alot of money, and i think Kostopoulos was just trying to help out his teamate when the cops came. Hopefully this whole thing will blow over soon.

Hopefully the Habs can beat the Lightning tonight, Kostopoulos and Hamrlik are out and O'Byrne and Brisebois are in, and Huet is getting the start tonight.

God damn...I hope Hamr gets back soon, beyond Komi/Markov it's kinda thin right now on the back end. Brisbois needs to sit.

I wanna see:

Komi/Markov

Hamr/O'Byrne

Boullion/Gorges

And, it'd be nice if a forward line besides Pleky/Kovy/Andrei decides to show up at some point.

Nice to see Higgins FINALLY bury one tonight though. That was a clean in break, so his line gets no credit for a "show up".

Florida tomorrow...Price will probably start. Hope he can put together a quality start...and goals come from a couple different lines.

I only saw a bit of the first, but that Higgins goal was nice. It'll be interesting to see whether Price gets the start or not. Huet has been questionable of late with the Ottawa and Tampa games, it appeared TSN was pushing for Price to start tonight as well.

Why didn't Komi fight one of Roy, O'Brien or Tarnqvist? TB was getting the extra anyways and he is supposed to be one of the tougher Habs. I thought it was a weak move for him to opt not to fight any of them when he was challenged. It was a clean hit, but TB responded and he backed down.

That would be a solid defensive line up, and hopefully Price will egt the start against Flordia, Huet has been struggling as of late.

I really can't help but feel that kovalev has been hurt the past few games, hasnt been on his game, hes been losing the puck out of nowhere, he really needed that goal last night

I don't think he is injured, he is just in a bit of a slump.
