Saw the premiere...it was pretty good. Morgan Freeman has a memorable line, that's for sure, lol.

I think these types of movies are the ones where you can't be too critical of plot/dialogue and to be fair it was based on a comic book as well. From a visual and fast paced action stand point it delivers exactly what the crowd would want from it.

In reference to the last two posts:

This is a good movie, it's not the best movie, but it's good. You need to suspend your disbelief big time, and after you do that, you need to put yourself into a comic book world. Once you do that, it's rather awesome. The cheesy lines when thrown into a comic book are simply hilarious, and although that doesn't exactly translate to the big screen all too well, it's not nearly as bad.

Midway through the movie it takes a wonderfully dark turn which made it just great.

But by all means, don't take it for plot and dialog. It's simply very unique entertainment.

Yes, but her Hagalina Magalina feet were what stuck out to me. I liked this movie but I also liked Nightwatch/Daywatch.

Went to see Batman...all Sold Out...so I saw this instead (which I intended to se anyways...just not tonight).

Anyway...decent action film. Plot kinda twists around a couple times...

Freeman's "great" line isn't THAT great...I was expecting something better.

I saw it today. Heard lots of good things and thought it was pretty terrible. I guess it was bearable until it got towards the end and then it was just retarded.

Oh, and Morgan Freeman towards the end reminded me of Samuel L. Jackson getting out of the movie Deep Blue Sea.
