5minutesforfighting 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2008 I'm going to my second NHL game. First time was back in '99 or so. Tommy Salo was still with the Oilers, so that gives you an indication of how long ago. It's at the MTS Centre with Calgary and Phoenix, obviously just an exhibition game. I'm just wondering what is the earliest possible time I'm able to get in? I'd like to be able to watch warm ups and what not. Also, after the game, am I able to see any interviews or see any of the players? Basically, I just want to get the most out of it as possible. Thanks in advance. Drewhunz 3 Report post Posted August 23, 2008 In Dallas, you can get in 1.5 hours before the game. 99% of the interviews are done in the tunnels and in the bowels of the arena, so nothing to see there.

5minutesforfighting 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2008 Also, another question. Calgary plays 3 games in a row. I noticed that first it's a home-game, then Winnipeg, then a home game again. Does this most likely mean that I won't see most of the top players? Like Iginla, Phaneuf, etc.???
JR Boucicaut 3801 Report post Posted August 23, 2008 During pre-season games, your established stars don't play the whole game. However, in a neutral site game as this is going to be, I'm pretty sure they will be there.

interpathway 9 Report post Posted September 16, 2008 usually teams will allow you to watch the warmups right next to the glass no matter where your assigned seat is, so bring a camera and get some good shots. thats the way it is in DC at least...
