pants; tackla 9000; good fit and cut, but bad durability on the outer shell

shin pads; easton synergy, very light and comfortable, dont even notice them

skates; easton Z-air comp with tukk lightspeed holders, extremley light weight, fit my foot good, and the tukk steel is 100 times better than the easton steel

sticks; in order of what i like... 2 vapor XXX, 2 vapor XX, 4 sicores, 2 stealths, 2 synthesis, 1 sicore grip, 1 innovative 1100, 1 synergy grip, 1ccm vector 120. my personal favorite stick company is bauer right now, but i tried a synergy sl and i love it so im looking into getting a few of thoes.

Shoulder pads - Itech 495 something, very protective, not as mobile as I wanted

Elbow pads - Koho 4440, very bad fit not pleased at all

Pants - Tackla Prolight, cheap and I like them not bad, but not good

Shin Pads - Koho 4440, not bad but good protection

Skates - Bauer Vapor XX, love these skates! had a little problem with loose steel but now its fixed and they're fine

Gloves - Bauer Vapor XXX, very light, super comfy and overall good

Sticks - TPS R2 XN10 w/ synthesis blade(modano) and a TPS Red Lite w/ a Si-core Z-carbon blade(modano) both are whip flex.

jock: the yellow itech one

i got it cause at the time(2 years ago) it was one of the better jocks and i like the velcro

shin pads: bauer impact 500

i got them cheap at a store close out ,theyre decently light ,mobile and very protective .ive had them for 3 years and theres no durability issues

pants: tackla advantage 900

theyre a simple pant ,nice and mobile ,light but still protective. i like how they have two belts because they fit nicer and the one belt is padded which is cool. the jersey tuck is nice as well ,i hate having my jersey on my bum.

shoulder pads: jofa 7500

at the start of the year i had little bauer shoulder pads and i got crosschecked in the chest alot one game and i had trouble breathing and it hurt like hell so my mom wasnt thrilled about that so we looked at shoulder pads. this pair has a nice plastic pad where the sternum is and i havent had that problem since. theyre also protected around the shoulders well and mobile too.

elbow pads: ccm 752 tacks

i broke my other elbow pad at a tournment so my dad ran to can. tire quickly before the next game. theyre adjustable and fit my elbow nice but they are a bit bulky. my shoulder pads push them down a bit so that gets annoying but theyre quite protective and most the time theyre comfy.

helmet: bauer 5000 ,bauer 8000 cage

at christmas my other 5000s gel packs hardened up and I recieved a bad concussion so i got an 8000 combo. the 8000 ended up cracking so i decided to get a 5000 cause well ,the 5000 lasted me just about 5 years and the 8000 lasted me a month so yeah....hard choice? no. the 8000 was lighter and more comfy but i feal safer with the 5000. as for the cage ,i got it cause of the chinguard because the styrofoam ones really hurt my chin after i shave and start getting stubbly.

these gloves are VERY comfy and i got them for 90$ canadian which is decent around here. they arent all that protective though ,when you get slashed in the thumb especially you can really feal it. the palms arent very durable either ,the second layer had holes all over in a few months ,i ended up cutting the rest off because my knob kept getting stuck in the hole. the kangaroo leather also wreaks. im actually hoping to get some vapour 30's the start of this year ,theyre comfy as hell and i already have the stick and skates ,why not the gloves?

i had 735s this year and all year they hurt like hell. i tried getting the insole shaved down ,holder moved over ,getting the forefoot punched out ,getting them punched out a whole width ,getting them heat molded a bunch more times and nothing worked. i tried the vapours on and they felt GREAT and there was no pain so i decided to get them. so far i love them but i cant say much cause ive only had 1 icetime with them but i can say theyre very comfy ,light and i have faster feet and forward speed.

stick:bauer vapor 30 ,jokinen ,102 flex

i snapped my pro stock xn10 grip at christmas and the blade of my plus is dead so i was going to get a stealth. i read some reviews on modsquad and decided the stealth isnt the way to go. i got the vapour 30 the first day it came out and i absolutely love it. at first it was hard to get used to because of how accurate it is ,especially wristshots. my slapshot is noticably harder and my puckhandling is alot better. my passing has been very accurate and ive been making alot of crazy passes i didnt think id ever been able to make.

spare stick:pro stock jay pandalfo tps response

I wanted an xn10 at the start of the year and i found a pro stock madden xn10 grip and pandalfo response plus on ebay ,i ended up getting them both for 291$ canadian. the response plus blade is split at the end and the xn10 snapped ,i should be getting a woody tapered blade for the response soon.
