all depends on which third or fourth line bauer user starts putting the puck in the net come playoffs

Sedins, Backstrom, Semin, Kane, Kesler, Carter...just a "little" bit better than 3rd/4th liners

Was checking out the stick rack for the Canucks when they came down here.

Love that the Sedins seem to use the EXACT same stick. I don't think they even had H or D on the namebar.

I noticed that as well, I saw a pic of some pro stock Sedin sticks and then I thought "is that Henrik's or Daniel's?" and then realized they don't even have numbers on the name bar. I've never seen their tape jobs or anything so I don't know if that is different or if they write numbers on those but, I thought it was pretty interesting how they just have the same stick.

That's not too surprising, Hossa's are the same way. Imagine growing up, they probably used a lot of the same stuff... In the Sedin's case they probably got the same gear. In the Hossa's case, it was probably hand-me-downs.

Actually, now that I think about it. Although my brother and I we shoot different (left vs right), but we both like the same curves/patterns. For us I guess its not hand me down thing since we can't use each others sticks but, maybe our genetics prefer the same type of curves.

Marcel would of rather had Marian hand him down some talent instead of stinky gear

I use whatever toe hooks I can find, my younger brother uses Zetterburgs. It's all personal preference.

i dont know why it has the checker patter like the x60 and the xxxx have. i thought that was just a vapor thing. i dont remember the one95 and one90 having a checker pattern other than the tactile.

I see the x60 checker pattern at the top of the stick and the xxxx checker pattern on the lower part of the shaft. WTF?

Maybe it has a mid-low kick like the one95 with the lightweight contsruction and second kickpoint up top frpm the x:60. Hopefully it has the supreme blade though.

might just be due to the distortion in the pic as the subject moves away from the camera.

So to clarify, the totalone is now the top of the line supreme equipment at retail (eg totalone skates, stick, protective) and not one100? Will there be any one100 equipment other than the skate?

thats why you get a prostock one with the 12k weave and you normal one95 blade RE: skyscrape (unless you dont have access to that)

favorite stick I've ever used is the same set up.

I still am seeing two different weaves on the shaft of the stick............ I must be losing my mind lol

That is interesting as I had heard last summer/fall that the new stick would be the One100. Guys who saw it were impressed.

That's what I recalled as well.

Supreme protective will be out in 2011. This year, it's Vapor.

JR, I know when the equipment comes out, that's not my concern. I'll let it slide because it's not that big of a deal, but like chippa said last summer everyone stated that the one100 was the top of the line stick and now a totalone is out. I was just curious if this was going to be treated the same way as the skate, or if the totalone is now the flagship with all pieces of supreme equipment.

Once again, with all due respect, it isn't 2011 yet. We don't know.

Obviously if you thought the stick was going to be ONE100 and it ends up being TotalONE, that should indicate that rumors aren't necessarily fact.

I'm not trying to be an ass here, but, what was then isn't what is final. And that's why I don't blab whatever I hear. Hell, the skate had a different name for a while. TotalONE was the name they decided to use at the end.

There should be an equipment Rumor Central, where only people in the industry can post things they've heard about stuff coming out and it could be totally anonymous. Even if you hear things that never happen, it would still be kinda cool to hear the blab.
