Most Durable Stick?

Recommended Posts

I'm in need of a new stick, tonight I broke my 8k shaft, I'm not one to break many sticks, usually blades more often than shafts, but this month I've gone through two 8ks and an SE16 shaft . I'm not a fan of shelling out cash every week for a new stick, so, what in your opinion is the most durable stick on the market? Usually I use tapered shafts, but I'm not really picky. Suggestions?

Easton ST. last years should be on sale at most places. The new ones I hear are even more durable than ever and feature a slight tapered design. They incorporate the Synergy Shaft. Got one myself and been very pleased with it. As a bonus, the new ones have a very slick matte black finish on them.

Get a 2 piece stick. One95 shaft with blade. Extremely durable.

Also the One95 is durable as well if you're looking into a Bauer OPS.

The Easton ST does not have to be pimped. Everyone knows the ST is the most durable stick that Easton makes.

I don't play with anything but Eastons. I just got an ST. That thing is a TANK compared to my SE16. I saw a review where the ST's were described as "the work horse stick" for heavy slappers and gritty defense. Very durable.

I've taken tons of slashes with my ST and it is still standing. People think the only way to take the puck is to attempt to break my stick in half. Thing is a tank.

Warrior Bentley, no joke, stepped on it for 10 minutes, hit it with a metal stick, wouldn't break, the warrior rep wasn't kidding when he said it was durable.

How is the se16 durability?

I have the OPS se16. The blade durability was nothing special and it broke quickly. I cut the shaft and put a standard blade in it for ball hockey. It is holding up OK but the finish is flaking off and the stick looks like it is 100 years old.

+1 for the One95 OPS

I've had mine for over a year playing 2-3 times a week for most of it, its still in pretty good shape through all that abuse.

-1 on the one95... I broke 5 over the summer. <_<

although my two-piece X:60 is holding up amazingly... 5 months and all I've broken is blades.
