Play league game or go to Yotes/Avs game tonight?

I have my league game tonight but I also have tickets for tonights Coyotes/Avs game, 3rd row seats. I want to do both but can't make a freakin decision to save my life. What would you do in this position?

I would go to the NHL game. My reason for that is since I don't live in a city with a NHL team, its a special thing for me to be able to attend a NHL game.

Hmm, guess it depends how often you play and when you played last. If it was me, I'd go to the game though just because tickets here are outrageously priced and I only get to go to maybe one or two a year. It might be interesting as well to see Mueller play his old team.

I made a committment to my team to play so I always play when this comes up. Besides, I'd arther "do" than watch.!

This is how I feel. Plus an Av's/Yote's match up sounds awesome. Two teams in very similar playoffs spots right now. It will be some great hockey.

I'd go watch the game. That could be because I'm English so we don't have NHL calibre hockey! Plus with yesterdays trades i think it would add something extra.

yeah, go to the NHL game. Those are good tickets, and as somebody who lives at least an hour and a half from the nearest team when at home and 2.5 hours by non existent car when at school, it's something you'll appreciate being able to do when you wind up being in a place where it's not that easy.

Besides, you can always play hockey for $10 at a pickup game.

Go to the game. That's what anybody on my team does when they have tickets for the Wings or Michigan. The rest of us left on the shorter bench understand, even during league playoffs. More beer for us.

that really depends on how often do you play, and what is your commitment to the team, also depends on the standing of the team, does your plays matter too much. To make a easier decision is to put a number into it a weight it..

or is it difficult for u to get tickets to the NHL games?? if not difficult, I will always goto play more then watching. if the other ways around, then I will watch more then playing.

But the Avs vs Cyo games doesn't mean too much though, coz they all play, but your league team may need you more, I guess!!

Unless it's an important game, I'd always rather play hockey than watch it, given the choice.

I can barely watch a full game on TV without wanting to go and shoot some pucks around or practice stickhandling, never mind if I had an actual game I could play.

That said, if I didn't tell my beer-league team that I'd be there for sure, I wouldn't feel bad about not going.

Game was great. Wolski scored with 27 seconds left to win it, right in front of our seats.
