Don't count on a new s17, the new stealths are out next spring, there's no way they'll sell any LE s17s this fall. If there is a new one, dealers would only get a handful, if any. Now LE EQ5s, now that's almost a certainty.

On what part? Im not a big dealer like you so you probably already know. But I'd wager a large amount of money that they aren't making LE S17s again. If they do, it would really surprise me. Almost shock me, actually. Now with EQ5s, could go either way. Not sure on that one.

According to Ice warehouse the EQ5 has a new fit then past easton skates.

EQ5:

* Forefoot - Medium

* Volume - Medium-High

* Heel - Medium-Wide

* Stance - Slightly aggressive

S17:

* Forefoot: Medium

* Volume: Medium

* Heel Pocket: Narrow

* Stance: Traditional

If you are referring to the black LE's, they are continuing to make those. They have been a better seller than the silver S17's at a number of LHS

No I know they're continuing making black S17s, I was referring to a LE White version s17, which the first post is about, which, I highly doubt will happen, considering new stealths should be out in 12 months.

If I actually knew, I'd shut the hell up about it. I wont know for another month or so b/c our rep comes to us towards the back. And when he does come down, I wont get on here and post about the new SE stick line (common knoweldge its coming out, I didn't spill anything) or say with pics or something what the LE skate easton will have will be. Damn I've known about LE one100s for months and then someone else decides to tell all about them, then I'll comment on it. I don't go around telling everyone about the new shit the second I find out, or even a month after I do, I wait for some other idiot to do it for me. There are plenty of other LHS workers here who also know about it, and don't say, but, confirm if it is mentioned, and then others who just shut up entirely, which is probably ideal. My personality is to confirm shit after a while so there ain't millions of people starting new rumor threads left and right on what their opinion is on what the new thing is (and confirm only if it has been shown or told before).

As for this specific situation; I just find it highly improbable for an LE white S17s to exist, as, it is common knowledge there is a 2 year cycle on skates, and, the new stealths (S19 or whatever) *should* come out next spring, and to me atleast, it is dumb to order or even make these skates, as you'll only have 6 months to sell them before they become "obsolete". Do you guys understand my reasoning on this? It would be like ordering a bunch of one95s right now, because TOs/one100 stick is out in 5 months, its stupid to do that unless you're positive you can sell 60-70% of your order before october. And considering the cycle for LE easton's, this winter LE EQ5s should come out. However since PM is doubting my suspicions, and since he is waaay higher on the pecking order for dealers, it would leave me to believe that maybe this rumor is true (on LE white s17s). And as for a comparison to this other dude... don't know who it is, but, am presuming its an insult. I'm day manager, #1 in charge behind owner, I know everything. Do you want me xerox price sheets to let people know how much a LHS is making off an item? Look at my posts, I don't spill gear that hasn't already been spilt. I'm not claiming me to be as in the know as JR, sublit, DS50, or even PM, but, I do know more than most members here, and, I don't spill that info out to everyone who wants to know or even doesn't. I tried to steer in the right direction then I told you info so you would stop ranting on a topic that you appear to have no first hand knowledge of. By throwing comments out about product launches only make you appear to be a wannabe news breaker. This will not be the first time or the last time you don't know an exclusive truth.

Do you understand where I am coming from though? Considering the previous LE skates, and their launch, previous knowledge of the pattern concludes this season's LE skates are synergy, and new synergy sticks. Which is why at the beginning I was saying most probably synergy skates, not stealths.

I can confirm, after a conference call with Easton today that an S17 white version is absolutely planned for a fall release. So it is for sure.

Also got the lowdown on the new EQ line of sticks also planned for fall release. They're interesting to say the least.

I don't see what the big deal is, he didn't try to spin his opinions as fact. He said to him, it would make no sense for Easton to release the skate. That is just an opinion.

As far as the skates go, I loved the look of the SE16 white, and look forward to the S17. Never tried an Easton on before, but I might have to if these are as pretty as the SE16s.
