MatthewRoach7 130 Report post Posted May 21, 2010 I have seen all kinds of commercials about the new 1-2-3 series for before, during and after you play. I have 3 questions.1. Has anyone used it? 2. Did you notice a differance in the way you felt?3. Where did you purchase it from? I am having some trouble finding the 1 and the 3!
LeMagnifique 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2010 I have tried 1 and 2 as far as noticing a difference...yaaa I don't know. Just like anything else I will have to stick with it and figure out if it is worth it. A part of me thinks it is just another way for the Super G or Pepsi to make a staple in the electrolyte biz. Honestly I think Coconut water is better but that's my 2 cents. Oh and every GNC has it stocked. They don't offer the gold card discount though

LkptTiger 1 Report post Posted May 21, 2010 Rum is some nasty stuff....but maybe that's just because I've always just been too lazy to mix drinks. I want a beer bottle or a shot glass.

Scoobersti 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2010 I tried 1 before playing in my beer league game couple of nights ago (I don't drink #2 during games, I drink G2 during stick and puck and working out, so I didn't combine the steps and just tried 1 before the game). I drank it about 20 min before the game and I didn't really feel much of a difference, except during the 2nd period I thought I might throw up for a minute there, I've never thrown up during a game and it might just have been a coincidence, but to me I don't think it really helped at all. Oh and I bought it at a local grocery store because it was on sale.

shooter27 116 Report post Posted May 22, 2010 G1 is just a pre-workout drink/gel/bar, the likes of which have been around for a whileG2 is plain old GatoradeG3 kind of tastes like Gatorade with protein powder in it, but I didn't like the taste and it doesn't have enough protein for a good postworkout drink in my opinion
