Warrior Pro Return Sticks

Recommended Posts

Couldn't find a Warrior Pro stock codes thread, so I thought I'd make one to ask about my recent purchase...

Its graphics is that of a Warrior Dolomite Double D, also has a sand textured blade

With B. WINCHESTER on the shaft.

On the back of the shaft reads,

250330128 C5S

Would someone be able to shed some light on what this stick might truly be? As many of you know there are repaints of every stick on there when it comes to pro stocks.

thx, i appreciate it.

I'm sure someone will come in with more info but I'm pretty certain 250330128 means the following

250 flex

330 shaft weight

128 blade weight

C5S, blade pattern perhaps?

wow did not know that the numbers, when broken up, meant multiple things lol!

If the simnorm posted is correct, where would a "code" be that indicates what the stick actually might be?

They've been doing it for at least a decade, going back to the Inno days.

The same system they used as Inno and documented in the flex chart linked at the top of the page.

I wanted too see if mine had the code and there was one. I have 2 pro stock dolomite HD's, are those sticks just resprays too?

If so I would suspect the code would tell me what it is a respray of?

Not sure there is distinct models when it comes to pro stock warriors designed to player's specifications. There are too many things they can customize.

The pro stock dolo's with retail patterns(tsr and the monkey have them) might be really close to a retail dolomite, but the sticks made up to players specs would only loosely resemble a retail dolomite(or inno 1100/XX).

I may be wrong, but that's what I've gathered about warrior pro stock twigs.

On another thread Scotty described what players can do with their warrior sticks

For example, a lot of players use Warrior sticks. The stick may say that it is a Dolomite, but Warrior offers over 1,300 different blade patterns. A pro can have their own blade made however they like. Warrior also offers them 6 different shaft profiles, such as straight walls with rounded corners, concave or convex shafts (walls bowed in our out), super boxy shafts like the ones used by Kovalchuk or Shanahan (to replicate his old aluminum shaft shape), very large-diameter shafts for guys like Chara, etc. And if they don't have a kind a player wants, they'll make it and add it to their arsenal. Warrior offers 7 different outer finishes of possible grip, such as Super tack, Grip, Soft Grip, Velvet Grip, PolarFibre, SharkSkin, or Clearcoat. They offer flexes ranging from 50 and going in 5-point increments (70, 75, 80, 85, etc) all the way up to 140+. And there are 6 different blade formats that a player can choose from to change the feel of their blade that include various foams, stiffeners, and different epoxy resins. They'll also use different systems of stick manufacturing to determine how lively or dampened a stick will feel. The equipment manager that services Holmstrom's account with Warrior said that he likes a heavy stick that feels like wood, so his stick uses more fiberglass content in it to deaden it a bit, as well as a special blade mentioned above and the fact that it is basically a fused shaft and blade to further determine feel.

What does the pattern resemble?

N72, may be a common pattern factory name (GOP is a Drury/Kovalev)

124 is the weight

C5S i believe refers to blade stiffness, as i have a few sticks which say "C5XS" and CIBMXS)

Going by the Warrior pattern chart on their site it is similar to a Savard or Vanek - even a Draper, but there is no flared open toe area - very neutral curve.

I'm glad I found this thread, now I know that mine is a 260 flex but I'm still not sure what the rest means (260312130 C5S)

312 is shaft weight and 130 is blade weight.

All of mine have the C5S at the end also. I am guessing it has to do with the shaft specifications. Not sure though.

I think the C5S is blade stiffness, as mentioned above.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but the code in my Inno Mania stick doesn't seem to match the ones you guys have posted, and I wondered if you had any insight. It's on two lines on the sticker:

SMU3026-3.0L11491

World2608

The Inno stick is a special make-up (thus the SMU) of factory 2nd dolomite shafts and prostock/retail blades. It's marked 95 flex, and I imagine the "260" after world is implying the flex (which would actually be closer to 90 then), but I'm in the dark regarding everything else. Anyone have any guesses?
