I for one would be interested in trying it out. Depending on the price I suppose. Theres lots of good equipment out there that aren't popular in the 'L' and I think its nice having gear that others haven't heard of, especially if it does perform well or at least comparably.

Just checked out the website to refresh my memory of the stick. The stick with regard to the hosel is different from what I imagined. I like the way you can zoom in on different parts of the stick on the website too.

Yes, I bought one once for $10 in a bargain bucket (new). It was junk. Might be a different story if you'd never used a stick before, but it was huge in my palms and totally sucked for slap or snap shots (IMMO). I can see the theory behind the design, but couldn't see the results.

The ones at the show were shaped more like a piece of elbow macaroni. It's an interesting concept but hard to shell out that much money on an interesting concept.

It looks like Trevor Daley will be using Trilage sticks this year again. That's all he had at the Stars prospect camp. He used to be a Synergy grip guy.

Also, it seems like he's one of names from their site.

I've seen that trick before.

Bauer used to make shafts that were concave on one side and convex on the other?

And Noviuses have that shape at the bottom of the shaft.

These Trilages look like a marriage between the two ideas.

I had one when I was in Squirt or my last year of Mite, can't remember. Anyway, its huge in your hands (I had the 'Junior' version) and takes a while to get used to. But hey, its an alternative if you aren't interested in the major brand OPS'

Weird... I saw Trevor Daley (Dallas Stars) using one of the new Trilage ops. I would have never thought a pro would use one of those things....

In one of the pics in the NHL gallery Manny Malhotra is using one.

Why not? When I saw them I was impressed. Its an inno with the convex-concave shape. It feels realy nice in your hands.

Inno makes the triangular, TRILAGE sticks? Are you sure?

As for why not, because I've used one of their shafts, and it's quite alien.....

The performance wasn't good either, but that is likely got to do with adjusting to the different shaft shape and characteristics (Dailey's shots did not look all that impressive with it either - but I don't know how long he's been trying it).

I'm thinking that the shape might make wrist shots easier, though.
