"The Boys on the Bus." A crew follows around the Edmonton Oilers during their 80s dynasty years. It's mostly a fly-on-the-wall approach to veiwing what it was like to be a member of that team. It's really cool to see guys like Gretter and Mess in their prime and seeing how they prepare and what they do behind the scenes. But personally, I like how it highlights the "glue guys" like MacTavish, McClelland, Semenko, and Lumley and their contributions to the team (other than fighting). This movie gets me so pumped that I used to watch it everyday.

+ 1 - "The Boys on the Bus" is fantastic, if a little difficult to find. New England Hockey: A Life at the Rink mentioned above is also really good.

Ice Kings is a good one, about Mount St Charles Academy in Rhode Island.
