The Response Minus?

i'm guessing response minus isn't a good name for their top of the line stick :P

I'm having trouble getting the link to work, is it just me?

I think I can make out the word "Response" on it, but I cant see whats underneath it. JR when you agreed that it would take over the XN10 as the top dog, does this mean that it will be lighter? Or perhaps it is a grip version?

I understand you might not be able to release this information, but any would be nice.

Done.

The stick is called the Adrenaline. It clocks in at 415g. XN10 core, Kevlar outer wrap. It has anti-vibration dampeners in it. The price is up there - in the $200+ range...

Not sure, but I think I remember seeing Mats Sundin playing with this during the last few games + playoffs. He was switching between what I thought might be this "Adrenaline" and what we all felt was Busch Laser with sort of grip on it...Bouce, what's the call on that? Was I seeing things? Did LVille just come out with this, or was he indeed using it?

Advertised weight is 415, as XN10 advertised weight is 395 - or are we talking actual weight? Sounds like I'm sticking with the XN10.

Why should weight be such a big factor?

Keep in mind, they added Kevlar to the mix.

Maybe, maybe not. I doubt he was using the blue.

Serioulsly I have said this before and weight shouldnt be an issue. Balance is more important, atleast it is to me.

I have been looking for a while for a better picture and could only come up with this one: http://images.sportsline.com/u/ap/photos/X...14_1024x768.jpg

I can't wait to see it in person.

Big Ray is rocking the Stealth now, damn he's even more despereate than Modano was when he was in his slaump changing sticks alot. All due respect Ray Whitney is the man, one of the greatest Panthers, but he seems awkward on the Redwings. Sorry for the off topic post.

Weight should be a factor because it is THE main selling point of every piece of hockey gear today. TPS adding weight is strange when every other company's high end stick is shaving weight. If we are talking $200+, I still think all the young'ens are going to grab the Stealth. I think that will be a hard sale unless this stick gets a Vapor XX-esque skate following with the pros.

And by adding kevlar, isn't TPS admitting that kevlar is stronger than XN10. Direct from tpshockey.com "XN10 amorphous carbon fibre enhances shaft strength while reducing weight "
