If one of my friends ever wore capris they wouldn't be able to live it down. Not to mention anything other than sandals look hilarious with them.

Capris aren't gay 'cause women wear them, they're gay 'cause any male ever looks ridiculous in them.

Tight is what's in. How tight is too tight? Personally, I just bought a couple pairs of the Remsen, low-rise, slim, straight jeans from work (one destroyed, one otherwise) and I love the way they fit - tight, and somehow relaxed at the same time.

My brother, on the other hand, has gotten into the practice of wearing girl's jeans. THAT, as far as I am concerned, crosses a number of boundaries - only one of which would be the fact that they are obcenely tight. He claims that they are less obstructive when it comes to his riding (freestyle BMX), but I just don't know.

There are gay men who wear sweatpants and timberlands and oversized teeshirts, so if I thrown on a pair of timerblands (god forbid) am I gay?

And why should men not wear boots for style? They are comfertable, and look good. Woot

Whats so worng with Timberlands? Are they not expensive enough for you?

Some of that Gucci sh*t was the gayest clothing I have ever seen.

Some of the time I couldn't figure out if they were a girl or a guy.

This population has gotten really gay over the last few years we need to give our heads a shake

^ I fail to see how you bigots can tell someone's sexual preferences by the way they dress. I ALSO fail to see why people use the term "gay" to describe something they don't like.

You can use steam and a suede brush to get rid of the scuffs and restore some of the color. Hold the scuffed item above a pot of boiling water to raise the nap of the suede. Remove it from the heat source and use a suede brush to brush the matted material.

If the suede has an oil stain, try using talcum powder to absorb it. Leave the powder on overnight, then use the suede brush to lift the nap.

Here is another safe topic.

I fail to see how one's pride in his appearance can now intrepreted as an indication of an individual's sexual preferences.

I think it comes from the common belief that gay men (like chicks) worry more about their appearance than MOST straight men.

Is it just me or does anyone else feel slightly gayer just from reading these last few pages?

I only read about 1 page & now I'm looking for a copy of Slapshot to watch.

:(

Ok so everybody bashes Capris... why? "Because Women Wear them, and they're Gay". Women also wear jeans, shorts, pants, trousers, slacks, etc. I just dont get how pants a couple of inches too short make you look gay...

Because the only places I have ever seen men wearing capris is on fashion runways (models dressed by gay guys), the group of gay guys I saw holding hands down Avenue des Champs Elysees, and how could I forget the group of guys I saw at a gay festival in Florence. Even European men don't wear capris, and they tend to be much more feminine with their style.

Who cares?

This thread is about shoes or "kicks" not about pants and/or homosexual males.

Thockey, though I might not like a bunch of your shoes. I must admire how many pairs you get. Speaking of which, how many pairs do you have? I'm gonna go with 275.. Or so.

I remember him saying he shares his shoes with his brother or something like that. I love his taste in shoes. I'd kill to have some of the pairs of A/M's he's got

Not even close to 275. The most i counted at one time was around 100. I cleaned alot of my collection, so its probably now around 60 or 70?
