Those vandals are nice. Where did you pick those up?

Nike store in Toronto.

A buddy of mine picked up the same ones off ebay though, not knowing that I had just gotten them.

Im a dunk head for sure.

Middle row, furthest left = beauts.

I'm still on the search for a classy pair of black and whites.

Anybody ever look into cre8tive recreation kicks? They've got some nice setups.

Yeah, the tweed dunks are pretty sweet. Ive only worn like 50% of those shoes. I have about 3 pairs of Creative Recs. Great sneaks for sure. A good place to pick them up is Karmaloop.com and ebay as well. Have you seen Clae's return to the shoe game? They left in like 06 then came back this year with some really sick and clean designs.

Redwings work boots. Been going on 3 months and the toes are about blown out, now I know why the company supplements 3 pairs of safety shoes each year :o

mgoblue, those Elmer's AM90's are absolutely SICK

Yeah, I'm a big fan.

You can't see it in the picture, but the white areas are spotted with tiny blue sparkles, making it look just like actual elmer's glue.

I also put in the orange laces instead of the white, which makes them even better.

Very nice.

My Nike ID 7.0 Frees to show a little school spirit (customized with "Maize" and "Blue" on the velcro straps):

Does anybody remember those Nike Hockey shoes from back in the day? You know the ones that looked like Fedorov's nike-dressed up grafs?

No... they sound cool though.

What I do remember is waiting literally years to grow into a pair of "street hockey" shoes at my local sports shop as a little tyke. The allure had worn off by the time they actually fit me. They were black with the orange NHL logo... I really fell hard for those the first time I saw them, haha.

I had those way back when. Black and white, fake tendon guard with the NHL logo on it, hockey laces, white felt tongue, plastic toe cap, and the sole had a purple channel down the center, almost to imitate an inverse runner but too wide. Man I loved those.

I just picked up 2 new pairs, one just arrived today infact.

New shoes

Lakai Marino Limited edition, and Nike dunk Freddy Krueger. Always wanted the Kruegers just finally got around to it. Also after today I'm pretty sure every shoe I will ever buy again will be nike dunks.

Those Krugs are sick.

The insole is the best.

My favorites in the rotation:

What the Dunks

nike-dunk-low-what-the-dunk.jpg

you paid $1000+ for some Nike SB What the Dunks? wtf. WHY? i understand its a culmination of every popular dunk SB that's come out in recent years (cali, supreme low and high, pigeon, unlucky 13, lucky 7, tweed, huf, buck, hunter, bison, avenger, supa, raygun, denim, jedi, etc.).. but that still doesn't make it $1200 worth..nor does it make it a nice shoe. they're hideous. i would have much rather gottten some Calis, Supreme Blazers and Supreme Dunk High for $1200 total.

http://www.flightclubla.com/p.php?fc=la&am...sb&i=080347

flight club LA (one of the hugest sneaker boutiques in the nation) has those listed on their online site for $1200 max price.. and i've seen them go for $2000+ on ebay.

are you sure yours are real? :-X

They're fake. They were $100. They look exactly the same. They've held up as well as any authentic dunks I've ever had.

Chill.

I just bought a pair of these a month or so ago. Black suede or w/e it is, and super comfortable.

Then I bought a pair of these to start running in. Also really comfortable. Kinda flashy but they look cool in person. I'm a sucker for Nikes. Especially black+white Nikes.

For Running:

supernova_cushion7_detail.jpg

Adidas Supernova Cushion 7

I've had knee problems since xc is high school, used to have a pair of Asics Gel Cumulus. I loved those shoes, but I wore them out pretty quickly (was running a lot).

Next I got a pair Nike Air Pegasus, put about 200 miles on them, even after they were broken in I hated them. They're currently collecting dust in the closet, I can't stand nike running shoes. So far so good with the Supernova's, hardly any break in time, and they feel goooood.

Edit: Plus, I go to the U of I (Iowa), so black and gold shoes = awesome

I needed a set of shoes for indoor court and bought locally, the only thing they had in 14 was a set of Nike Air shoes. Even after changing the insoles, lacing, and breaking them in they're just not a good shoe. Too bad they look so nice. Worst support for anything but straight running (they weren't a runner-specific) and the sole came apart after a dozen or two sessions, had to break out the super glue. They still look new up top too.

A set of Asics Gel are next up in my rotation when my current Saucony set gets retired. I've been through 5 sets of Saucony straight, this last pair never really settled into a comfy groove before becoming worn and lost support though. They only last a few months to boot, definitely not going with that style ever again.

the logo on the tounge of those shoes is reminding me of the nike bauer logo...

What the dunks are atrocious. I got about 65-70 pairs of kicks. Anybody on Sneakerplay? If you are, you can check some of them out. Same user name.
