My "kicks".

The boat shoes are dockers ones in that photo, worn all of once, they were a warranty replacement. While waiting for them I got a pair of sperrys instead that the dockers are standing in for, much better quality. The black leather dress sneaker type things are work shoes, or for days when it's rainy and muddy out.

I have a few other pairs, both that's my main rotation.

I'm looking for a brand of shoes that I ran across awhile back. They're styled after various Jordans but they're not sneakers, more like casual shoes. Anybody got any idea?

Thanks

Nice, I knew somebody here would know that. I was googling like a madman, but when you search for "shoes styled after Jordans" you just get a bunch of sites selling fake J's.

The shoes you were on a given day must depend on the size of your feet that day? lol

I have shoes that look different outside but are the same size inside. It depends on how thick some of the materials are, especially on dress shoes.

Just picked up a pair of Air Max 1's. Some common ones. I was going to go custom or one of the more rare colorways but I wanted to make sure that I liked them first. I like them a lot and am afraid I've opened a can of worms.

Welcome. It only gets worse.

Yeah, I've seen your collection, or at least what you've posted up here. I don't have the coin to drop on that many pairs so I think I'll survive for a little while. On the other hand I've seen quite a few pairs that I would like already not to mention the nearly endless possibilities on the Nike ID site. Should be fun.

What I grabbed:

These are next. I looked all over for them but couldn't find them in my size.

BTW, what's the M3 look like these days?

Go with the ID's. The quality is pretty impressive compared to retail production models.

No different really. Sitting on stock wheels again. Deciding if i was to go the route of supercharged.

Psssh, unless I'm in skates — I walk barefoot.

(New Balance for gym shoes, usually various other shoes for work like Steve Madden, Bostonian, DKNY etc.,)

Thanks for the tip on the ID's. I'll have to start messing around on there a little more.

Have you looked in to the supercharging at all? I've been keeping an eye on the RS4 forums and there are a few guys who have SC'd their cars and they are only picking up an extra 40-50 HP over stock. The motors are so built up already that it's difficult to squeeze anything else out. Obviously M3's have a different motor but they are still high compression, high output V8's. Didn't seem worth the $15K it took for the supercharger.

Also, a lot of dress shoes have elongated lasts, so the toe isn't completely filled up with foot. And I occasionally buy shoes a little big for two reasons- one, becuase my feet are wide and it can be a pain to break stuff in, and second becuase I'm a size 7.5 or 7 for most shoes and it's damn near impossible to find anything smaller then an 8 that's not a completely and utterly crappy kid's shoe.

They're going to be adding a few new colors to ID within a few days.

Included in that is lilac:

Shoot me a pm if you want to discuss the car. Not trying to clutter the thread.

Just picked these up on ebay. Stoked to get them in. The shoe name was already on the picture, I didn't put it there. <_<

I'm looking for white high tops. Prefer a more simplistic look, but am open to suggestions. Point me in the right direction sirs.

those are sick, I would wear them, and i usually dont like air max.

The color is really hard to capture in a picture, but i think it looks even nicer in person.

NikeID is adding another 4 colors. Team Orange, Lilac, Dusk Blue, and Neptune Blue. In total, they'll be offering 21 colors. Some pretty nice things can be created, and they're well worth the price increase over the retail versions.

How simple are we talking? You can give Clae's or Jack Purcells a look.

Check out PF Flyers and the Adidas Stan Smith also. Converse has really pushed the Jack Purcell lately. Just snagged some boat shoes. Bout time they showed some love to the badminton line.
