I’m a 44” waist, and my Bauer TotalOne (now 1N) pants fit snugly. As as for the 58/58+ being cheaper, I’ve yet to see that. I wish.

Something else to consider: even though APX and APX2 were listed as Low kick sticks, they did have somewhat of a “custom kick” based on hand positioning. Not sure who else is doing custom kicks these days, I think The new iteration of Jetspeed and Trues new A line is moving away from them.

I wore a IM7.0, and decided to keep it for my league games that required a cage, so I got a second helmet. I looked at the Fitlite 60 and 80, and when I put it on, the padding felt excessively hard, and wasn't comfortable. Ended up buying a ReAkt 75, No ragrats.

Are Bauers with Speedblades unheard of? The reason why I ask is I'm going to FINALLY be getting a new pair of Nexus when they release. Even though I've been skating on Ribcor 68ks for the last 2 years, and they are great, they still have an odd fit. I've skated with Edge holder before, and I absolutely hated them. But these SB 4s, I definitely do like. Has anyone ever seen Bauers out in the wild with SBs on them?

Well it’s kind of odd, considering the 47 and the SMU are the same price not on sale. I wouldn’t put it past a manufacturer to take a wad of left over production sticks from the older 28k/30k/40k era, and just slap new graphics on it and try to sell it as a certain thing.

I am the fellow Redditor. I was making the comparison with in hand sticks. I was holding my 47k Ribcor, comparing it to a Ribcor “Rib Pro”SMU from Canadian Tire in Canada (the stick even still had the ribs, but had an updated graphics wrap). i even compared the Ribcor SMU to a Warrior SMU with a Karlson, and it wasn’t the same either.

I’ve seen IDubs video. Any indication if these will be Canadian made or Indonesian made, like the Uncrested Reeboks were. And sizing: small to XX Large, or 48-60?

Anyone been to a BASE location, as opposed to ordering online? Just have a hard time then forcing me to pay 30$ for Canada Post expedited, instead of regular mail, or stopping by their retail location in Edmonton.

Question: Any details yet on new Nexus skate line? Seems weird (to me at least) that the one 1s practically just released, and already there is talk about the 2s, but I (and I may be wrong) haven’t seen anything about the follow up to the 1n skate line.

I tried on a pair of 70s, but opted to go down to the 68ks. I barely pass/fail the pencil test, which is after i put my superfeet in them. They feel amazing after my first skate (public skate), although I'm a little worried about the memory foam in my first game. But I'm hopeful. Otherwise, these fit just as nice as my first gen Naxus skates. Looking forward to playing them out tomorrow.
