The grey clarino doesn't soak up as much moisture and is noticeably thicker than the tan liner. This is why when you see most of TRUE skates being used by professionals they almost always have the tan liners. It provides much better grip locking the foot into place. I usually don't recommend the fabric liner. While it does promote good foot lock and does a great job wicking away moisture, the skates become very heavy and take a long time to dry out fully. It's also not as durable.

I saw a locker room interview and noticed blocker and catcher labeled as practice. I never knew that was a thing. Pretty interesting.

Ugh, that's a nightmare. I'm sorry this is all happening to you. Take care.

Looking forward to the day this flips to the Sweet Spot. To quote a song which probably quoted somebody else, "The only way out is through." Hang in there.

I’m at the ER and I’m going to be admitted. Most likely the doctors from interventional radiology will change out the drain tube today or tomorrow.

Many goalies have practice gloves that have a lot of extra padding in them that would make them difficult to use in a game. Just think about how many pucks a goalie would see in a practice compared to a game. With that in mind, goalies usually have two game gloves that they either swap out every game, every period, or whenever they feel like (just using the second glove as a backup). It's possible Halak uses one every period, or one of them is his practice glove. All different scenarios why a goalie would have two (or three) gloves and it just depends on the goalie.

They finished second behind a TB team who tied the most wins in a single season with 62. Not sure what else qualifies a team as a front runner. But I admit, if you don't see them on a regular basis you might not know just how good of a season they had. Sort of like how I viewed Calgary.

So Sunday night my drain site looks to be infected. Then Monday I have a low-grade fever most of the day. The transplant clinic tells me to call tomorrow or come in if I develop a high fever. Felt crappy all day and was worried that I might be developing another infection. Then to top it off early Monday evening I get the tube caught on the edge of my bathroom vanity and it pulls the tube almost four inches out of my skin. So now besides the low-grade fever, I'm having quite a bit of pain on my left side. I really hate this f@&%ing drain!!!!

This game was called like it was '95 Devils vs '95 Devils. Both teams have skill, let them use it.
