I would look at the True XC9 Shoulder Pads. They are very adjustable in all areas and many of the female players that come into our shop really like them.

They use your current skate information to help determine how you like your skates to fit. Some people hate their toes being smashed into the tow of the skate while others prefer no negative space at all. This should be noted by your fitter. They always reply to my emails and my customer's emails. Not sure which email address you are sending to?. The SHIFT holder is symmetrical, the right is the same as the left. No other holder on the market is designed this way. No other holder can be swapped in place of it. You would need to drill out all new holes. If you want to change holders to the XS, LSE, or anything else, specify this and dont have them install the SHIFT holder.

bundle or not, that's what I would get, especially if I planned on sharpening for other people.

Ya wearing a jock over it was the only option I thought was effective without interfering with the x wrap. Kind of a pain since that's a lot of layers. I've since stopped using the core shorts as I found it actually gave me very tight hip flexors the day after being on the ice. It was good during the rehab of my groin tear though.

Ah yes, it comes down to the goalie after the D gets blown by without any resistance on the puck carrier 😆

In the one piece shorts, depending on how/where the cup is situated, I wonder if it would get in the way of the Kinesiology wrap. Same with wearing the core shorts over your jock. Seems like you’d want the core shorts/KT wrap as close to your body as possible, and the cup/ compression shorts over top of that. That way the the KT is supporting the muscles, not being wrapped over the cup, which will deform the tension/support.

If you happen to fit in an XS or Small https://www.hockeymonkey.com/under-armour-hockey-jock-coreshort-pro-sr.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIteTc9tC-5gIVRR6tBh3h1gEWEAQYAyABEgLRcfD_BwE

Under Armour lost the core shorts license recently. It went back to the original designer/inventor; they are based in BC (like you and me) and they just make the shorts- not the hockey versions. Your best bet is to see if you can find the UA hockey ones on close out somewhere or try Winners.

It’s kinda cliche but i’m thankful for hockey. Without playing hockey I would’ve never met 90% of my closest friends.
