Just to follow up, I went with a sherwood Code V girdle, the thigh pads are adjustable by up to 5" .

Yeah, I was running 3 kids in a given position but we change every 1:30 on the horn, so can't rotate faster through.

Why not try a longer profile before you start drilling holes in a new pair of skates??? I know if done right it's not a problem. If done poorly it can permanently damage the skate and or alter it's life.

National Sports in Canada has the limited leather edition BPM 120 gloves for $40 CDN. Unfortunately they only ship to Canada at this time. They only made 100 of each color, and the inside of the cuff has the # /100.
