I feel stupid, I was just on the THS Eagle glove customizer making my "Team Philippines" gloves. Haven't been on PSHG in a while. Yep, they are.

Got a Bobby Orr goal today. End to end, low wrister. However, I screwed up my celebration attempting to do Burrows' Luke Bourdon Bow and Arrow. Yeah. Tripped and fell.

Yeah I started off using candle sticks too. I've been through the majority of wax brands, that works best IMO. It's supposed to be extra grip and keep the water and ice from building on your stick.

It's a really good wax probably the best I've tried. They also make wax for ski/snow/wake so they've got it pretty good. Also they come in a variety of colors and scents that are ironically quite sexy...

No, I've cut them down. I tried it out too, the laces aren't a problem anymore. Unless some guy just decides to pull me by the laces...or if I got hooked and by glove got caught. But can't think of much else.

Figured it might be good to post something gear related. 6k shoulders for 25, 9k shins for 50. Paid for one Base stick, the other one and gloves were presents.

Try the SM Mall of Asia. One of the nicest rinks I've seen hands down. Nicer than the picture too. And it's in the Philippines!

I must be weird or something. I found it hilarious, no clue why. And my sweetness, first time on ice in a 4 and a half weeks. Felt great. All you MSHers who are currently off the ice for injuries, I feel you. I can't imagine how some of you with the torn ACL's or concussions or broken bones cope. You guys have my condolences, since I really know how it feels.

Sorry to hear Cory. But don't be mad at him, it sounds like he really did put his heart into fighting MS. But 20 years in an incredibly long time, maybe it just became too much to go through.

Which shops Shotty? Probably you don't regularly go to the shops in the lower mainland but there's like 2-3 teenagers and lucky for me they know their stuff and like to work. Just a plus to my LHS. They just keep me coming back for more. Came in looking for presents for the family, walked out with some shoulder pads. Came in the next day, picked up a jersey and I'm going back today or tomorrow for some shin pads. Great service, love these guys, just offering good prices with Christmas and the whole loyalty factor.

How'd you manage to get it free? And on my note, I gotta say being able to see all the new gear early whether it be the gear sightings or Jr posting new catalogues is very handy. It's quite amusing being able to show some pics of the newest equipment to close friends and simply telling them I have "connections" . Then of course being able to talk in fancy terms of digital overlay, perforated steel, MSH2 and anything else. I'm soo glad there's a site like this.

Raganblink, after reading your post, I just had a question. So is me going to 2 different local shops wrong? I'm loyal to both of them, and I've never done anything like try one of their products on in "store A" and buy it in "store B". Same with sharpening or maintenance for whatever piece I have. If I need to fix it, I bring it to the store I bought it. The only time that I've actually brought a product I never bought from them is an X:60 off recall to get a plug. Am I doing anything wrong or that might annoy them? Or would any of you shop owners consider this annoying or wrong?

One of the goalies I had once, had turrets. He was pretty decent but boy, it was something if he got scored on.

Sprained mcl. Out for 3-6 weeks, however longs fine as long as I make a full recovery.

They're Ehrhoff pro stocks, so I'm not completely sure. My guess is that he did that for some extra wrist mobility, don't know why else anybody would do that.
