Found some Jofa shoulder pads!! Jofa 7500 for 50 and Jofa SP 8k for 100 or so. Gonna pick one of them up this week. But if someone takes them, this will be immediate vent.

I can't exactly show it off yet, but hell I'm stoked about this. Found 2 Jofa shoulder pads, some Jofa 7500's going for 50 and some Jofa SP 8k's going for around 100. I'm gonna pick one of them up this week.

The terrible thing is this is the real world. Even in high school, judging and bullying and stereotypes are a giant thing. I'm think everybody has judged at least a few times and has been judged. And too many people want to just be cool or "fit in". We become objects of a stupid cycle that ends up consuming us and making us scared of our own goddamn shadow. When really, this is a temporary thing which outside of school in the world, these jock and prep and whatever else mean squat....just my rant. Got to be irrelevant of what jds said but made me feel a helluvalot better.

I was "scouted" and chosen to rep my zone at the BC Summer Games. Doing discus, shot put, hammer throw. I'm kinda wishing I'd be going to the Winter games for hockey instead, but I'll take this.

Darn. I find playing in cool rinks one of the finer things in life. :P

Well, my team just got torn to shreds. Last game of the season, we lose 14-2. (Sweet spot:I was only on for 4 goals...I scored...MY TEAM COMPLETED THE FLYING V PLAY SUCESSFULLY!!!)

My Grandma's in the hospital with breast cancer, and my stupid aunt doesn't even want to tell her she has it. (Don't ask how my Grandma doesn't know please...this is brutal enough. I just take it's because she's really old now.).

I don't have a problem with the blade thing. It's just that it was a really inconvenient season for me. Just going back and forth through different sticks. Usually, I'll have a stick for at least one season, no problems. Just really frustrating using a different stick close to almost every month and a half. I mean it's great that Bauer's trying to fix their mistake, but it's a giant pain for me. And the S19 has gotten great reviews, so I figure I may as well try it out. I'll probably end up going back to Bauer anyway. :P

Bauer's been kinda annoying for me. I buy a Vapor X:60. Loved it, broke it close to 4/5 weeks after. Because of the recall they had to send me a stick. That one had the wrong flex.....it broke in the blade anyway's. I send it back for warranty. They send me another stick yet again. It's a P02 KRONWALL WHICH IS GODFORSAKEN LIE 7 SO I'M STANDING IN SUCH AN AWKWARD POSITION. I send them an email, complaining. They finally send me the right stick. And they let me keep the Kronwall. So thank you very much Bauer, for your consideration and sincerity. But if it breaks again in the blade or in 4/5 weeks, I am gonna switch to Easton or Warrior or some crap faster than you can say S19...... I really like this venting spot. I feel better about myself. We don't get judged for this right?

Woah. What kind of model are those based off of? They look like me as their based of those old Easton Air gloves, except alot of the pvc inserts are split. Those look pretty good though. I'd give them a shot.

Actually, Bauer did make a pair of skates called the S9. Hard to explain, but it was a few years back and it was basically a very customizable skate which looks like the cross between the traditional bauer skates(3000,80/90) and the New One 90. I believe Naslund and Brian Campbell wore those. So yeah. Unless of course he did mean Eastons..
