  1. Just picked up a pair of nos Yellows from ebay for $24. One thing I would assume is that the new Carbon footbeds are lighter. ???
  2. Oh thanks. Just looked on the website. For that price, you'd think it would be made in the USA. I bought one of these for $25. It works fine. http://www.ebay.com/itm/172349229987?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
  3. Wow. That's like seeing a unicorn for sure.
  4. How about these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/331970300009?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://www.ebay.com/itm/172349229987?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT Looks like that second one works with two magnets. Not sure about that.
  5. So I'm subscribed to this thread, read all of the posts, and I'm still confused. I emailed Jim at Tydan and he told me they are coating/retreating Bauer steel. I told him I was in the U.S.A. and he gave me his prices. So Tydan is not manufacturing steel for the Edge holders is the way I understand this. What is all of the Step talk then? I've never seen a runner for the Edge holder that wasn't originally manufactured by Bauer.
  6. Hills, You misunderstood me I think. I wasn't questioning the Canada only policy. I was actually skeptical that the Step runner for Edge holder even exists. I've never seen any here or in Canada for that matter.
  7. Really? I can't find anything to confirm that. No Canada only info. Kind of wondering because my son played in Winnipeg twice this year and used to love V-Steel.
  8. I just purchased (stole them really) nos gray Superfeet insoles for my sons junior skates. He really likes them. I don't know anything about Superfeet until following this thread.
  9. Ya, I love doing things like this and I'm very detailed (anal) orientated. But our local shop charges $35 for eight sharpenings and I only have one player in the household.
