    Got my skates back today, I'll post pictures later, holy crap! The boot and frame/hardware weigh less than my h950 boots by themselves.

    I'd feel like I was screwing someone if I sold it. It's cracked near two of the screws and the padding's hard. I still just love the way it fits though.

    Yeah, which is why the knight should take black and gold! Last place the wings played was...woodbrigde? Weren't they also at pro skate when it had it's insurance pulled? I might have to go fish out an OB Wings jersey and wear it this weekend.

    I remember when they first put a real roof on the rink in OB back when I was pretty young(10-11). That was some of the weirdest ice to play on though. ps. I know it's been forever but, go back to the black and gold!

    You see it more often now. I think all of the time it's like this, clear to the floor on one side but not at all on the bench side.

    A buddy of mine has TPS R8 lites in all white nylon- they somhow have actual dirt on them. White nylon is a bad idea as a general rule. Yeah, I've had a pair of HGTs I bought off of Marcelo a while back with a white nylon cuff, the cuff started looking bad after about 10 usages. On the bright side, they're never really gotten worse.

    Sparta is, like you said, a decent just rock band with not much else to it. The Mars Volta is the most pretentious crap I've ever listened to. They make Tool look like the 1987 Beastie Boys.

    I never understood how a good band like ATDI can produce an ok band and then the most pretentious crap band ever.

    I enjoy Envy so much. Two or three years ago they did a cluster of shows in the states, so good live.

    Sound and fury isn't bad but the kids out west are just douchey as can be. This is Hardcore is run by solid dudes, is a better run festival, and it involves bands like the mongoloids who don't like going out west.

    Shipwreck is an amazing band and they've had a knack of getting on the best tours/pick up the best shows the last two years.

    Driving my sisters A6 Quattro in the snow was a dream as compared to any of my RWD cars. The only difference between AWD and 4WD is the fact that AWD can not be put into 2WD mode Depends on the kind of AWD. The BS AWD that Honda puts in the acuras almost does more bad than good. Full-time AWD though like you'll find in a subaru is what's going to do great in bad weather.

    I love jeeps, but I gotta say I'm not a fan of any of them that don't come with the FI'd 4.0L. That engine is a complete beast, me and two friends were able to drive an hour home after he blew two cylinders at 375k miles.
