  1. the Fubar glove looks pretty nice (obviously not MIA caliber), and I think it was listed around $100
  2. Great Skate has the Franchise - $190, and the Creeper $165... Not a fan, so I really didn't pay much mind to MIA gloves, so I wouldn't know comparisons in price.
  3. I'm pleased to see the Kovalev pattern available for the lower priced sticks like the Shogun, and Syko.
  4. Just remove the html coding.... basically anything within 2 of these: ... or simply put "That's a real nice setup, McDougalfaschnitzer"
  5. Purehockey.com they're not an e-tailer.... you have to contact them to order.
  6. That Savard Dolo is a beauty... not worth the drive from Quincy as you stated Pat, but still nice.
  7. That'd make 2 of us, Rustspot.. It's good to see that pattern is shipping despite it being available at retail yet. I guess I'll just have to be more patient. I've been pretty anxious to see if I got a lid too, as I need a new one anyways....
  8. Very nice pics.. sidenote, that silver/orange Cascade someone is wearing in the background (2nd pic) made me throw up in my mouth a little. Even his teammate is looking at him like "what the e'ff are you wearing?!"
  9. Can you order online from them or is it just a few local shops? They're not an e-tailer, but they have been known to take orders via phone/email. I have one locally, but some people here have ordered from them. www.purehockey.com
  10. I only tease.. I give my brother the same. He's got the same gloves, and he's buying white 9K's... luckily, the kid is a monster, so he'll be fine.
  11. That makes 2 of us... I was actually looking at the same pair last week. I hope he's got the skill to back up prancing about in all that white... haha, I'm teasing of course.
  12. My Koho Vector, plus a Canadien wooden blade.... heaven.
  13. I saw the Core Lights, and at a quick glance I thought they were the old, old black & red Koho Vector shafts... damn I miss that thing. Although it's demise introduced me to the old brown Easton Ultra Lite
  14. I want to say $40, but I'm not 100%..
  15. they're had handfuls of those Kohos at my local Pure Hockey, but they've all had haggard curves..... those my man, are nice.
  16. Welcome to the board!! The answer to your question, just happens to be a sentence you'll hear a LOT being a member... it all comes out in the spring. So spring 2008, you'll start to see new product.
  17. Chadd, you're the man... "Listen... just listen for a minute.. to the sustain... aaaaah! You could go grab a bite and come back, you'd still be hearing that one.. aaaah!"
  18. queue Chadd's avitar... because this stick goes to 11.
  19. I raise an eyebrow if a local shop won't bring out a $500+ skate for someone to check out. Just how awesome IS more awesome?
  20. I'm also liking the 60 day warranty on the Titanium sticks. Now if I can only get into some of the retail patterns they offer.. from the looks of it, I think that "Sundin" pattern they offer is as close to "Drury-esque" I'll get
  21. Man their skates look great, too bad they don't fit my grotesquely fat feet. I heard a vicious rumor the Pitch holder was going "bye-bye"... guess not?
  22. Ours is basically the "poor-man's H.I.M." a decent listen, but not as good as the real thing. If you like DKM's, check out Street Dogs... great band, led by former Dropkick's frontman Mike McColgan..
  23. did check the white outs, but the solid black are $89.99
  24. I almost got the white/black trim today when I picked up my new Flexlite 18's. I might go with the solid black.
  25. the ModSquad unis are amazing, Chadd...
