You can always tell who the MSHers are in group shots- the one with the matching socks...

Everyone's legs are differnt lengths as well. You can't go strictly by height as a guide. The guys wearing the 12 and 13 inch shins on your team need to buy some adult equipment.

I'd like to see a pair of the pants in person- I like the ability to order shorter-longer inseams as needed.

A buddy of mine has TPS R8 lites in all white nylon- they somhow have actual dirt on them. White nylon is a bad idea as a general rule.

The TPS pads are indeed hockey shoulder pads, circa the early 1990's. Douglas made a similar pad that was very popular as well.

What's the deal with the 2 kids in the Team USA jerseys wearing neck guards for roller hockey? Is it an age requirment or overprotective mothers?

Thanks Dougie, NJ Devils colors on the gloves. I like the 10.0's so far. I've been using them since this summer. They replaced a pair of older 652 pro stocks. The Vectors are much lighter. They broke in quickly, and thus far I've had no issues. I replaced the steel because I just don't care for the perforated stuff. I've always worn CCM, but there retail Tacks the last few years have left a lot to be desired. This is the first time in a while I felt comfortable buying a skate “off the rack†The Vectors are solid and I would recommend them.

that is a great glove, i purchased a pair similar to those on ebay. if the auction has a "make an offer" option, go $70-$80 US, that would probably do it Be sure to get a quote on shipping before you commit- I was looking at a pair, and shipment to the US was close to 40 bucks. $40? Why? Assuming he is from Canada, how is it $40? I ship stuff to Canada all the time and the most its ever been is $15. Is it more coming out of Canada then going into? I shipped a pair of gloves to the USA for about 20$ Canadian with Expressmail. If its more than that he's probably just charging some more dough to make up for the low selling price of his auctions. This seems to be a general trend with ebay and with shipments across the border. . The shipper was in Canada, and shipped via UPS. There is another thread about a possible class action against UPS for their brokerage fees. I never said there weren't less expensive ways to ship - I was saying you may want to make sure you are comfortable with what your total cost, including shipping will be before you bid.
