Chadd 916 Report post Posted September 2, 2005 2.45/G to 2.99/G with some places well over $3. Home heating oil has jumped from $2.28 to $3.00/G as well and it's not even close to the time when those rates normally go up. Correction, $3.19 when I left work. That's up from $2.99 on my way in to the shop.

They are usually more expensive than most other gas stations, but now they are actually around the same.
Shorthanded67 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2005 Correction, $3.19 when I left work. That's up from $2.99 on my way in to the shop. Same here (I edited my earlier post). I drove to my hockey game at 6pm and it was $2.99, left the rink about 9pm and it went up to $3.19 at most places. *Luckily* I filled back up at a station for the "low, low price" of $2.99. What a bargain!I keep all my receipts for my gas (I put my gas on my card so I keep them to match them against the monthly statement...I'm organized like that). It's just crazy looking at the receipts since Monday....up 80 cents per gallon.
