A Good Movie to Rent

I own both (Snatch and LS&2 SB). both are directed by Guy Ritchie. Its kindof like pulp fiction meets british humor!!!! Great stuff

I saw Rounders a while back, was at a loss with what to watch so wasn't really expecting much, a solid movie! Ed Norton and Matt Damon is a good combo.

Lock Stock is good, I'd rate it the same as Snatch, it's got the originality factor in its favour.

Tigerland is like rounders so far as i saw it not expecting much. Very absorbing movie.

Possibly the funniest movie ever. I'm a big fan of Snatch and Fight Club, I'm in a huge Zoolander mood right now so I'd give that a go. I like this thread i'm going to check out some of these movies. Never seen the Tennanbaums, heard it's funny but very bland, theres no up and down points in the plot everything is steady. Can I get any opinions on Death to Smoochy? I love it, saw it on the movie channels and thought it was great and definately underrated. Also I'm watching SNL best of Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler about once a week right now.

Easy b: For a good laugh watch SNL best of Chris Farley. Funniest "best of" movie I've ever seen. Also I really enjoyed Death to Smoochy too. "Hail Smoochy!" LOL.

Also if you are looking for a lighter movie, all the American Pie movies are great. Any of the Terminator movies ( I would reccomend the second though), Pirates of the Carribean was awesome too. Also wheres the love for James Bond? Gotta love the movies, well right untill Pierce Brosnan started acting as Mr. Bond <_< . The Whole 9 Yards was awesome, I also liked The Rock. Theres alot of good movies out there.

I always though Farley was pretty bad, it's always the same shtick with him. Pirates of the Carribean was pretty good, should be interesting if they do get Keith Richards to do a cameo as Johnny Depp's dad as they've been trying to do.

Chadd : You honestly don't like Chris Farley? I personally think he's hilarious. Also are you saying theres going to be a sequal or just like a directors cut version of the movie or something?

I also just thought of (if you want a comedy) Delirous, the stand up comedy by Eddy Murphy. The man is a genius, I can honestly say I have never seen anything funnier then that movie.

Edit : Forgot to mention Master and Commander, excellent movie.

I always thought Farley was really overrated. Most of his bits are hem yelling and flopping around on the ground, the others are him doing something a fat guy normally doesn't do. Usually done while talking like a year old. Not my bag, sorry.

Death to Smoochy was really funny, and Fight Club is obviously a masterpiece.

Haven't seen any of the SNL best ofs but I am not really that big a fan of SNL. Farley's Motiviational Speaker is a classic though.
