"The weight of a skate in size 8"...

Nice rythm.

Back to the relevant:

Could some of you good guys fill the list for me.

I´d like to know the weight of the top skates.

I have some I already know;

Easton Synergy 1500c: 780 gr

NB Surpreme One90: 750 gr

Easton Stealth S15: 700 gr

Do you know the weight of more Bauers, Graf, RBK, CCM, Mission??

Kind regards

How About the Kor skates? (both shift1 and shift2)

Those "heavy" Vectors dont seem to affect Ovechkin's play. Seriously, the vast majority of you people arent good enough skaters to warrant worrying about a gram here or there.

Shift 2 should be lighter and more consistent than the 1.

The Shift2 is noticeably lighter.

So how much lighter are the S15s than something older, like the Z-Air Comp SE? And the Graf Ultras are somewhere in the middle, but by how much? Yes, I ask because I have both, and like both. Just curious what the weights on these are as compared to the newest and lightest.

Thanks

Who on here isn't sarcastic when it comes to someone else being curious about something like weight of sticks or skates?

Its all about "your not good enough to need, let alone want, the best, lightest, most protective, longest lasting stuff on the market."

....So in the end really the message here is don't be curious about hockey stuff that isn't going to help your play because you are not good enough. :P lmfao

I play on "heavy ass" Graf skates myself.... was just curious about the weight of the Kor's since there is so much composite on them...

And yes I'm actually good enough to warrant top-end equipment, but this isn't a pissing contest, and unlike others on this message board I don't feel the need to patronize people in every other topic.

It's people's own choice what they want to buy, if they can afford it then fine... E.g. would you patronize the owner of a high-end sportscar on the street, just because he's not a racing driver???

Buying high-end stuff in hockey has become a status symbol, just like getting a nice car. If you can afford it then why not???

I bought graf 735's and they are very heavy when i'm skating. I think its even more noticeable because I'm coming from one90's. I think its just all in my head, but you can definitley feel the difference when your skating..
