lotus 2 Report post Posted March 30, 2009 I've never before seen anyone on the benches who isn't dressed, in rec league. Pretty sure most around my area wouldn't even allow it.
fieldofdreams 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2009 If you want to make a video of a hockey game, make the video ABOUT the hockey game. Too many cut-aways, too herky-jerky, too much nonsense. Very little hockey action in there. If you want to make a video based on the soundtrack, make a random music video.
Shark#81 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2009 i am dressed and playin' in the game = difficult to shoot. but the two that are not dressed is a former ECHL D man (knee) and Donny with the Canon SLR. Donny is 65 but sat for the first time in this years playoff. all of the videos i do are music-based videos, since i am a musician that is most natural for me. the league is a mens league but has morphed a bit beyond a true rec. league. one thing is $. our team receives $2-4K per year (depending on expenses) from coporate sponsors. we have 10 well established franchises, that shake out into two divisions (A) and (B). There is limited access/entry, full stats, advertised schedule and a league website. there is a rec league in our town, it's hugely popular. we call it the rookie league.cheers
adam14 182 Report post Posted March 31, 2009 went with my buddy to Ochsner in zurich, its one of the Equipment warehouses in Switzerland, but all they carry is warrior NBH Salming anyways, they have this sheet of ice, where you put on low end skates (supreme30's) and vapor x gloves. we decided to test out a bunch of sticks and filmed it. enjoy. Shark#81 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2009 Well here's the re-worked version...the player sequences of "messed" the orig storyline was of a phenom that was rippin' it up as a kid until it all derailed (burned and crashed and got hurt). years later he gets back on the ice. gets invited to captain a team of his childhood friends and re-discovers the game.
