Yah changed the contrast so I can actually distinguish between the laces and ice. Anyone just see malkin dance around (and highstick) vandermeer? Nice move.

I don't tighten the laces in my forefoot either. Not that loose, but there's no tension on 'em. However, I tighten the heel and ankle very well. As long as you lock down the heel and ankle, they don't move around any at all.

The thing that's hard for me to comprehend is skating without the heel and ankle locked down well, like it appears the rangers callup is doing.

BTW, I can see why he's a callup. They shouldn't ever let him be an NHL regular looking like that.

i don't like the this thin bauer font. they should have used the thick (old) font with the new "e".

I'm a big fan of the xxxx's. Just think its weird too see them with just Bauer. Not good or bad, just different

I think Bauer using anything other than roman numerals on the Vapor series of gloves makes them a bit of an eye-sore. I can't speak for everyone, but I think most people liked the looks of the old Vapor generation. Just imagine how horrible they would've look if someone thought it'd be a good idea to stick the NikeBauer logo on a pair of Vapors as opposed to the roman numerals.

I'd be very curious to see what the Vapor XXXX gloves would look like if they moved the "XXXX" from the thumb to the cuff. I bet it'd be an improvement.

Maybe b/c his S17's were shattering about 3 times per shift (yes an exaggeration, but not by much :lol: ) he's been sticking to the no-cuff SE16 gloves lately rather than going back and forth.

I don't know if this is news or not...but Sundin is using Sami Salo's stick tonight. And, he's back to an old style CCM bucket. He had been wearing a Vector wasn't he?

Unless he switched it up again while I've been out of town, he went away from the Vector after his first little bit with the Canucks.
