New Flexlites

Okay so I know that here at MSH we're not big supporters of East West Hockey, but I was bored so I was on their blog looking at the custom skates and I believe there are a few pairs of the new Flexites on there. There all black with the silver and orange tendon gaurd.

what are the differences supposed to be between the new flexlites and say a flexlite 12 skate? Or has this been discussed somewhere extensively already?

The ones coming out at retail are comparable spec-wise to the FL10/FL18. The custom ones are comparable to the FL12.

The skates in the picture have a black felt Supreme(I believe) tongue. The retail 2009 skate will have a white felt tongue that is not as bulky.

Do you know if the new FL's (4) available as a custom option? I like the bread and butter look of the new FL's- black boot white holder, but if they are anything like the FL 10's or 18's, they arent nearly as stiff as I like.
