coryroth24 15 Report post Posted June 4, 2009 Water? Gatorade? Diluted Gatorade? Mix of the two? Just curious. Going to my first, serious tournament I've played in since Midgets 8 years ago. Just want to be ready. Doesn't help that it'll be in Vegas!

Jarick 5 Report post Posted June 4, 2009 Either water or two scoops of Gatorade powder in a water bottle (it mixed up about 20 bottles worth for about $4 instead of wasting money on the bottled stuff).

fieldofdreams 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2009 Oddly enough, I don't drink anything on the bench. At most, I will have one mouthful of water, and that only if I'm out there for most of the game. For some reason, my body isn't telling me to drink between shifts. After the game, I'm like a camel though.
