another pic of the skate is on PHEW...supposedly, they're trying to merge all of the best features from the other mfrs skates. But that's from PHEW..so we'll let the Authorities tell the true story.

I haven't been ready to tell the story just yet.

Chadd - not what you are thinking.

Went through every page, searched, and couldn't find anything on this:

Easton EQ5

Almost looks like a one90.

I saw these on PHEW aswell they are very plain to be honest and they do remind of one90's but the s9 versions

Buddy of mine on my team is good friends with an Easton rep and has been wearing these prototypes testing them out for Easton. They seem pretty sweet. A little on the heavier side though. Interesting material

when did morrow start wearing a visor?

Eric Staal was wearing a visor in a pic from camp as well, maybe some of the guys are just wearing the visors for camp or something.

You have to wear a visor in the olympics as hockey Canada is covering insurance. Most guys are just getting adjusted to it. Pronger is the only guy not wearing one.

Edit: noodle beat me to it

To the best of my knowledge, there's no requirement to wear a visor in the Olympics. I can remember NHL guys not wearing a visor in Turin.

Was Vinny wearing one? It didn't look like it to me but I never got a great look at him.

Probably a hockey canada requirement this year since they're paying for insurance for all the players.
