The X:60 I have is actually a P92. I think that has more to do with it being a sample... but he has been known to torch and add a toe kink to some blades, so who knows what was ordered for what reason... We'd have to ask Wally about that.

he had a massive slump early last year. saw him try all sorts of shit.

I was just reading the new Hockey News and they have a stick buying guide. The Bauer one says the "Intelli-Sense" is "two flex points," so that you get a quick release on wristers and snappers but more loading on slapshots. One lower in the shaft (ala XXXX) and one higher (ala One95). Sounds gimmicky, but I'll wait until someone uses it to see. It also says there will be X:20 and X:60 shafts and blades, and their customization program will change to be called "MY Bauer" and include the X60 and One95.

CCM says they're releasing a version of the U+ CL in blue/orange in a "John Tavares pattern." There's an interview with different company reps and the CCM guy says "We will introduce a new Tavares pattern and graphics version of the U+ CL" so I'm assuming it's a new curve? Interesting.

Not a bad idea really. It's a great way to market sticks to kids.

And if the X:60 shaft has the same double flex thing, I may have to try it. Or steal an X:60 from the varsity team. Either way.

So basically what TPS did/does with their R8/R10 sticks?

To me it sounds like they're using ineffective grammar to describe a new version of the U+ CL in Tavares pattern and (different) graphics package.

I saw in his picture from the photo shoot on the hockey canada website, that he had a CNT. But I'm not sure if that's what he used in the camp and during the game.

By the way, I just won the Marc Stall auction. I can't wait for it to get here, shouldn't take too long since I'm in the city.

haha ya i was so pumped when I won it. I think it will be since he was using it during the game. I paid a little more than I would've liked but it's definitely worth it.

Went to a Coyotes rookie practice today. Saw 3 guys using S19's. 2 played with Kelowna(WHL) last season & other played with Belleville(OHL).
