tongue looks longer than JRs  whats up with that? :P

Because mine were tucked in.

Yes, DS50 and I both got them at the same time. I believe we have tested skates for Bauer for the same person since ONE90.

That first pic was unfair. The second one would have been a guess anyway, blame my terrible eyes I guess. Good pickup guys, definitely nice to see guys actually skating in them. Any comparisons (Outside of weight) to the One95 (i.e. fit/responsiveness/advantages)?

damn, combat was good for bats but ballistiks such a better name

I think Combat will do better.

1. No association with the garbage product that Ballistik put out initially

2. It's a more "rugged" sounding name. Some people will go with it just for that.

Agreed. Though the sticks they put out this year were really slick and have sold well, at least up here, they'll get a relatively fresh start with the new name.

ye i guess, maybe its just me but i wish they'll keep ballistik somewhere on the stick, more connection to a stick than combat if you get what i mean

I was impressed with the .52 cal. I might buy one.

I've got 2 I've been rotating into my games. Reminds me of the old '05 Stealths, IMO. Same kind of performance, light, but with a bit more kick to it.

Sounds like a slick marketing ploy. ;)

That's exactly how I'd describe. Pretty much my go to stick at all times now. Excellent IMO

I don't know if someone already noticed but eric fehr is using ovechkin's sticks.

He has been for most of the year.

I remember seeing Fehr's stick on the bench during a game a few weeks ago, and noticing how big his curve looked. If he's using Ovie's sticks, mystery solved.

I noticed that too, but he had black tape on the blade so the curve didn't look as pronounced. Maybe he figures some of Ovi's magic will rub off? Haha
