How about Kapanen struggling to get back to the Philly bench after Tucker drilled him...?

.......Primeau fishing him in and Roenick jumping on the ice and scoring the winner.

Edit: Almost forgot one of my favorite NESN highlights.......Tugnutt's 71 save performance against the B's.

Iconic vicious hits?

Domi elbow to Niedermayer

Iconic vicious fights?

Domi vs Probert- My friend Pat Dapuzzo was one of the linesman that night. The lineys were just waiting for that one to take place. They knew it was going to happen so they let the two of them have at it for as long as they wanted to go. Pat told me so.

How about Kapanen struggling to get back to the Philly bench after Tucker drilled him...?

That was the best 30 seconds of my life as a fan, followed by my worst five years. NHL Network replayed that whole game last weekend during their JR tribute. I still fist pumped when Sundin tied it up, stood up after the Tucker hit, and sank in my chair after JR's goal.

Hell, I stood-up as he was throwing the hit. I could see Tucker lock himself in before Kapanen was in the picture - then said "Uh oh" as soon as I saw Kapapnen come flying-in with his head down.

I hate the Flyers and I'm pretty much apathetic where the Leafs are concerned, but that was a great game to watch...and the last 3-4 minutes leading up to JR's winner were some of the most exciting I've seen.

The Koivu ovation.

Well, 4:34 of the 8:00 it went. I love how he keeps nodding to the PA guy to get the crowds attention for the anthem...and they will have no part of it.

I no longer deserve to be called a B's fan for not pulling that one.

Redemption: Bourque pulling Normand Leveille around the ice as Orr skates with them on the final night of the Garden.

I will never, ever, EVER forget this one. I was playing Juniors at the time, sitting in my billet's basement with my roomy just going "OHHHHH! OHHHHH!" when they scored the OT touchdown to get within one, followed by "OHHHH! OHHHH! OHHHHH! OHHHH!" when Ian Johnson snuck in the corner for the win. Unreal. I still get goosebumps.

Watching the Boondock Saints II trailer - heard the U2/Green Day cover of "The Saints are Coming" and immediately thought of football returning to the Superdome in New Orleans after Katrina. The emotion that was going through that place throughout the entire game was tangible through the television screen.

Tommy Glavine in Game 6 in the '95 WS

He has been in the shop this weekend, my first customer at 530 am. Didn't notice him til he handed over the AmEx and I looked at it and was like "Oh, yeah, forgot you used to play hockey."

He coaches his son's squirt team in Atlanta.

Selected in the 4th round (69th overall) by the Kings in '84. My two degrees of Tom Glavine moment was my brother breaking up a no-hitter of his in high school ball with a crushed double to left.
