Are we still talking about the Johnson? That was like 4 years ago. Looking at the lineup now, the only thing that could be offensive is the "Bully" line, and thats already a big stretch. AK, AK27, Widow, Franchise, Bentley, Anthem, Bonafide, Dynasty, etc. there's really nothing shocking left.

While they have toned down the naming, the marketing has remained suggestive and juvenile.

Funny coincidence - after posting that, I went to play pickup last night, the guy sitting next to me in the locker room was wearing those exact shoulders. Farrell, indeed. Very funky looking.

This is probably veering a bit too much off topic now but...

Warrior makes a great product. To be honest, the Johnson, Stroker, and other names didn't bother me half as much as going into the picklepuffer PHEW-type vocabulary ("Bar Down").

I'm looking forward to seeing their new helmet for sure.

Completely agree. When im shopping around for new gear, the first thing i look for is the performance aspect - if it does the job, i dont really mind what its called. It just has to work.

Its meant to show that the are giving a tribute to the Dolomite line, which was around from (correct me if I am wrong), at least 6 models (seasons). 2006 model - 2011 model.

Still not as long as the Synergy or Vapor line though.

No. The stick has been around that long. It was an Inno product first. Blade tweaks along the way, but same stick.

Ovechkin at charity hockey game in Russia sporting what i believe to be an Easton helmet, not 100 percent sure. (I'm not very familiar with their helmet's, maybe someone can confirm.)

Later on, a Reebok helmet.

Kind of Makes me wonder why he's wearing different buckets but same everything else, maybe his new endorsement possibly doesn't have helmets so he's trying others out. Ofcourse that would narrow it down to one major brand.

i think that those are maybe two different charity games, what would leave me to believe this is that he is wearing different gloves and the pant covers seem to be a different shade.

Sorry for the confusion guys, found the photos on a blog that claimed both photos were from this years game. Didn't catch the little details. I was expecting him to be wearing some new stuff, kind of surprised he didn't. From what i've read it seems that he is most likely going with Bauer.
