I heard a lot of people don't like the Fusion runners so they stay away. I wanted to get the total ones but after gettin the one100's so cheap ($150 new in box) I couldn't past them up. But I think when the nexus come out I'm goin for them....and and the stick are you allow to post a pic? That's if you got one...I would love to see it

I don't have a pic, but I've seen and held it.

Definitely getting one.

We talked about this earlier and have still not found what this "fanny pack" crosby is wearing on this left hip. He wore it during this recovery time and now during games too.

Can someone tell what it is or make something up so I can sleep at night! haha

Spends a lot of time on his edges on his backhand, so maybe it's protection from all the little crosschecks and stuff a guy like him takes in that spot?

Was Dubinsky using a Nexus stick? Didn't look like a Bauer APX or TotalOne.

TotalOne.

20K's perhaps?

The sound of Crosby using added weight is the craziest idea i have ever heared of when you consider many players try to strip weight off there gear when possible. I would believe a pad for extra protection when using a backand.

Was down low for the Rangers/Pens game tonight. Some random observations.

Malkin's Bauer gloves almost looked too small for him.

we've been talking about this on another board. apparently Geno likes size 13 gloves. SO going after the next available pair that's not outrageously priced!

All NYR gloves and those of their AHL affiliate have those. Started last season due to several players breaking bones in hands and fingers. Talked to the EQM, some gloves will come to them from each manufacturer, but ones made overseas will have to have the pad sewn on by the equipment guys.

I can't remember the last time I saw a non-tufftek glove in the NHL.... at least it helps those hideous added pads blend in I guess.

Actually saw a few guy's on the Penguins rocking the all leather or Part Leather last night VS the Rangers.

Correct. Cooke does too.

Could've sworn Cooke's are all carbon, at least some of them on eBay were. Could have changed to classic though.

Lots of guys still use non-tufftek gloves, as others have stated.

Iginla's are also leather/classic

My mistake.

He's been using it to build up his strength, as he said in his 1st game back...he was tired and is using this to build up his speed. Crazy to think how dedicated these guys are.
